VGST series of transparent powder is a new-type filler used for primer and finish coat such as PU, PE and NC. Its unique good transparence, high hardness and high tenacity fully meet the higher requirements from paint market. It’s a high transparent powder of small particle size, easy to disperse ,easy to polish and anti-scratch.

 

 

1. High transparence, the Refractive Index is very closed to the resin. The paint film has good recoatability without blue light left;

2. Good chemical stability, no color change under UV light, good scratch resistant, high hardness, low oil absorption, easy to disperse;

3. Excellent filling capacity, applicable to the paint systems that has a higher padding requirement for substrate.

4. Higher hardness and tenacity enable it to be used in the paint systems such as PE,PU etc.

 

Mainly used in transparent primer such as PE,PU, NC,UV, also widely applied to polyester paint, nitrolacquer, furniture coating, industrial coating, decorative paint, fine chemicals, daily chemicals and other industries.

 

1. In the powderless high grade transparent primer, the addition of transparent powder should be 4%-9%.

2. Compared with talcum powder, transparent powder is easier to settle in the diluted paint. So measures of anti-settling should be taken.

3. In super lucid primer, crystal primer and high content primer, the total content of powder is inadvisable to exceed 30%.
