Brief Introduction:
Large pore silica gel matting agent is high purity, porosity, synthetic and amorphous, capable to control particle size precisely. The product has better transparency and dispersibility than other matting agent by method of precipitation. Silica matting agent has higher extinction efficiency owe to higher porosity and narrower particle size distribution. KT020 is very popular used as alternatives of Degussa OK520.

Compare with other silica matte powder, this series have higher extinction efficiency owe to higher porosity and narrower size distribution.
Super dispersity
The powder has super dispersity that could be added into any process of coating production. It also can be added to final paint to adjust gloss. Powder through organic wax treatment has better redispersibility.
Perfect performance of suspension
Using the newest technique of wax surface treatment, the product has excellent suspension property. There’s no hard sedimentation even after long storage in the low viscosity varnish.
Excellent paint film
The organic surface-treated matting agent is basically compatible with all solvent-based paints without re-coating or adhesion problems, nor reduce the transparency of paint film. The paint is good feel and smoothness, besides the anti-polluting and anti-chemical properties are improved.

Water-based paint, furniture paint, wood paint, decorative paint, PU curable coating, floor paint, powder coating; Ideal matting agent should be selected according to the dry film thickness of paint systems and requirements on the surface properties of paint film.

Semi-dull: 2% -4%  Matt: 5% -8%

Storage:
1) Storing in dry warehouse;
2) To avoid damp and soiled, the packaging bag should be closely tied after use;
