Quartz crystalline powder is the best reinforcing filler for matt paint and wood lacquer.

VGS-507 high purity quartz crystalline filler has characteristic of uniform particle size distribution, high transparency, good hardness, high purity and heavy metal free. The silica glass powder offers low thermal expansion coefficient, good chemical stability and excellent optical performance. When used in the scratch resistance coatings, the powder’s effects are equal to the international brand filling powder in most aspects such as scratch resistance, dispersion, recoatability and anti-settling etc.

Glass powder easily settles in the diluted paint due to its large density. So it’s recommended to use the glass powder combined with wax powder, cerate or other good feel addition agent.
